Life as Lindsay: 71* and Beautiful

Today was one of those days where you just want to sit outside and soak up the sun, not be inside an office staring at a computer screen all day. ( I am not complaining though, I love my job! And, I do have windows to see the outside world.) I can’t believe spring is almost here, although it doesn’t even seem like we had a winter.

But, I won’t lie, I was a little excited when I saw this in my car driving home from work today!

I got home from work and sat in my car for a good twenty minutes with the windows down texting an old friend and just enjoying the not too hot/not too cold warmth that the big ball of yellow was filling the valley with.

I am glad spring is almost here, maybe that will kick me into spring cleaning mode… ha-ha who am I kidding? I need to kick myself into it!

I need to do some good deep cleaning and I hope to FINALLY finish re-decorating my bedroom. Don’t even ask how long I have been “attempting” to do it. I have a couple of new pieces of furniture that have been collecting dust in the garage that I am eager to spruce up my room with. And, I just bought the most amazingly stylish chair that will add a touch of spunk to my room (once it is completed, of course)! I am so excited to add a few touches of animal print – but not too much.
